Kickaball ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Kickaball (the "App").

When you create an account, we collect:

• Username (chosen by you)
• Authentication credentials (handled securely)
• High scores and game statistics
• Trick completion records

Note: You can play Kickaball without creating an account. Account creation is optional and only required for online features like challenges and leaderboards.

2. Game Data

We automatically collect:

• Gameplay statistics (kicks, combos, scores)
• Challenge results and invitations
• Friend connections (within the app)
• Unlocked achievements and cosmetic items

3. Device Information

We collect minimal device information for app functionality:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App version
• Language preferences

Your Choices and Rights

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and personal data in two ways:

• In the app: open Settings → Delete Account.
• On the web: visit kickaball.app/account/delete and verify your email with a one-time code.

Both methods immediately and permanently delete your account, username, email, display name, profile picture, high scores, completed tricks, achievements, friends, challenges, push-notification tokens, unlocked cosmetics and God's Hand balance.

What is retained: purchase records (product ID, store receipt token, purchase date) are kept in anonymized form for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting and app-store audit requirements. Your user ID is removed from these records so they can no longer be linked back to you. Anonymized aggregate analytics may also be retained.

If you prefer, you can also email vikom82@gmail.com and we will process the deletion on your behalf.

If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

Parents: You can delete your child's account at any time via kickaball.app/account/delete or by emailing vikom82@gmail.com.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you delete your account (in-app or via kickaball.app/account/delete), your personal data is removed immediately, with the following exceptions:

• Purchase records (product ID, store receipt token, purchase date) are kept in anonymized form for up to 7 years for tax, accounting and app-store audit purposes. Your user ID is removed from these records.
• Information required for legal compliance
• Anonymized aggregate data for analytics
