Delete your Kickaball account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Kickaball account (developer: Viktor Miranda). You can also delete your account from inside the app: open Settings → Delete account.

How it works

  1. Enter the email address you use to sign in to Kickaball.
  2. We'll email you a 6-digit code to verify it's you.
  3. Confirm on the next screen. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your account (username, email, display name, profile picture)
  • High scores, kicks, combos, completed tricks and achievements
  • Friend relationships and friend requests
  • Challenge invitations and results
  • Push-notification tokens for all your devices
  • Unlocked balls, backgrounds, floors and God's Hand balance
  • Outstanding magic-link / login codes

Data that is retained

Purchase records (product ID, store receipt token, purchase date) are kept in anonymized form for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting and app-store audit requirements. Your user ID is removed from these records so they can no longer be linked back to you.

Anonymized aggregate analytics (for example, "total kicks across all players") may also be retained.

Before you continue

Deletion is permanent. In-app purchases stay with your Apple or Google account but will not be restored to a new Kickaball account automatically — contact support if you create a new account and want them transferred.
